SENIOR ADMINISTRATOR AND CLERK TO THE GOVERNORS
Permanent, full-time (37 hours per week) all year round to start on 16th August 2021.
VTG9 Scale Point 26-29, starting salary £25,012 per annum + Health Cash Plan and Benefit package (see website for full details of our employee benefit package).
Venturers Trust is an emerging Multi Academy Trust based in Bristol formed through the merger of CGS Trust and Merchants’ Academy Trust in September 2017. Comprising Primary, Secondary, all-age schools and a Special school the Trust has 3,200 pupils and 700 staff.

We are seeking to appoint a Senior Administrator and Clerk to the Governors to provide complex organisational and advisory support to the Principal and Senior Leadership Team and Clerk to Colston’s Girls’ School Local Governing Body.
The successful candidate will have:
• Been educated to a high standard with a minimum GCSE grade C in English and mathematics (or equivalent qualifications).
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent qualifications) or experience relevant to role.
• Excellent administrative, organisational and communication skills.
• Experience of general clerical/administration work including note taking/minutes.
• Ability to relate well and communicate effectively with colleagues, students, parents and external agencies.
